Dust allergy and Sneezing is there a cure ?

If you have allergy and you inhaled dust mites, it can irritate you and cause dust mite allergy symptoms. The most common symptoms of dust mite allergy are runny nose or sinus, watery eyes, swollen eyes, breathing problem, skin rashes, itchy eyes, and so on.

guys this is my personal experience i am suffering from dust allergy from more than 10years i often get affected by it more than 4times a week often accompanied with sneezing and running nose after trial and error in diet and some changes my living environment i almost get rid of my dust allergy almost 90%....... below are steps i followed along with some of my friend and homeopathic doctor suggestion

  • bedsheets must be washed with warm water every week....(that kill dust mites)
  • Drinking plenty of water.
  • avoiding yogurt and curds at nite and avoiding too much coffee and spicy food which is rich in oil really helps
  • And if you are very addicted to Fans or Air conditioner make sure that you turn off them in early morning about 4.30 am this reduces about 70% of dust allergy problem

the above is my experience though there is nothing in trying above steps few of my friends said the dust allergy attacks reduced after following the above steps
