Qualcomm is on the verge of releasing its newest chip "snapdragon" which is said to create small and very light weight handhelds and netbooks, most of the netbooks available in the market today are powered by intel's ATOM Processor which lacks the battery life, and sometimes fail to serve its purpose of connectedness the new snapdragon processors which are ARM based which 
are found on most of the smartphones and mobiles is said to be highly power efficient...
According to qualcomm the snapdragon devices and netbooks will be always connected, even when it is switched off it checks mails from your exchange server and brings it to the netbook and store it in the harddrive now the email is available as soon as you turn flip on your netbook its that instantaneous...
