Some times program names remain in the add remove programs even after the application is uninstalled this could happen for many reasons such as some problem might occur during un installation that may terminate the un installation procedure abnormally or the program uninstaller may be badly designed or some other reason....
now you can easily remove these kind of miss entries from the add remove program easily by using programs such as intelliAdmin add/remove program cleaner or smarty uninstaller you can see the screen shots below
