Microsoft is planning to Enhance Internet Explorer with 'Privacy Mode' in the next release with which users will be able to limit the amount of information that is saved/recorded,where they go and what they do... though "Private browsing" also called Porn Mode is not the new innovation from Microsoft though this feature was dropped in the final release for Firefox 3 the only other browser that has privacy mode (Private Browsing) already built in is Apple SAFARI...
Recently Microsoft Filed two trade marks on July 30th for ClearTracks and inprivate a computer programs for accessing and controlling the information and delete the history of the internet though similar features can be found on other Browsers and as addons the obivious and majority use of Privacy Mode browsing involves Pornographic material without leaving traces but other uses may also include researching ones medical condition or a surprise birthday party planning or searching for something which is confidential in this cases without disclosing personal information if the computer is shared ones...

Though the Programmers has the plans to put the Privacy Browsing Mode in the Mozilla's firefox and you can find similar addons available for Mozilla Firefox on its deck.. note that Apples Safari has already Private Browsing Mode Built in.
