Did you know you can sign up for free yahoo account with POP3 access? yes what the most of US 
users have to pay for pop3 access which is yahoo mail plus! you can get same facility for free if you sign up using yahoo India,yahoo Hong Kong,yahoo Singapore or Yahoo UK.... though i was using more than 10 gmail accounts configuring it to fox mail and outlook express email client now i registered 2 yahoo rocket mail id with desired name as rocket mail is new you can get most of the funky names so grab it soon before some one register it..... so how to get a free yahoo POP account? just follow simple steps below:
- Go to Yahoo India and sign up for the id
- And go through the set up of email
- Enable the POP Access in the yahoo mail by clicking option menu in top right corner of the web page without it you cannot receive mails from mail client... Options-->pop and forwarding-->check "Web and POP Access" and save
