First and foremost thing we have to upload the flashmovies swf so that we can download or stream whenever page is loaded there are numerous sites which hosts upto some mb to gb of data for example photo bucket and googlepages remember in googlepages we can store files upto 100mb

upload the flashfile and copy the URL and URL you get will something like this
